Remember Jimmy the Greek. The Bald Sports Guy (in between eating a delicious Gyros) begs the indulgence of the Greek Community. Not long after the most scientific poll of ethnicities ever held when it comes to March Madness, the Bald Sports Guy finds himself issuing a most heartfelt apology to all my Greek friends (even to Aristotle and Plato and Alexander who was Great).

So let me make this clear. The Greeks do not choose the North Carolina BB team to win this weekend’s final four, but the choice of the many wonderful Pizza Establishment and Sub Shops owners throughout our wonderful land have informed the Bald Sports Guy in no uncertain terms that: KANSAS is the Choice of our Helenic (did I spell it right?) nation. Well sorry. I guess I am not too good when it comes to polling. Will leave that to Harris, Gallop and the Ncaa.

By the way, Happy Greek Easter. I still have time. Go KANSAS.

P.S. If Kansas does win, I will take my Chariot and leave town for awhile. The Bald Sports Guy says Goodnight.

Religion, Ethnicity and the Ncaa Basketball Final Four? Has the Bald Sports Guy gone off the proverbial deep end? Well my fellow Sports Fanatics, have a little Faith. The Bald Sports Guy conducted a simple yet obviously well-meaning and quite accurate statistical survey to determine which ethnic groups favor which NCAA BB teams in this weekend’s final four or the final chapter of March Madness in April.
You are dying for the result. Yes unscientific they may be but I respective asked Greek, Italian and Jewish Friends who they liked to win this weekend. YES, the Bald Sports Guy does have Friends.

So here ya. The Bald Sports Guy’s Religious results: Greeks: North Carolina Jews: (Only 1 had on a yarmulke (thats a beanie for you Christian folks)- Oh the Jews went with the UCLA Bruins. And last but not least the Italians-Not certain if there was any Pasta or Vino left on the table. Oh yea, the Italians chose: Kansas. Well there you have it.

I guess all the agnostics and atheists out there must have picked Memphis.
